By registering for activities at the Surf and Roll Event Tent hosted by Wander Waves and Candywax Borneo during the Tanjung Aru Beach Festival, I agree to the following terms:
- Health & Fitness
- I confirm that I have been cleared by a doctor to participate in physical and outdoor activities.
- I do not have any medical condition or illness that could be worsened by physical activity.
- I am not pregnant, and I do not have any health condition that could pose a danger during participation.
- Understanding the Risks
- I understand that the activities offered by Surf and Roll involve physical challenges and may expose me to risks, including water hazards, potential injuries, and accidents.
- I accept these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in the activities with full awareness of the possible outcomes.
- Liability Waiver
- I agree to release Wander Waves, Candywax Borneo, their instructors, vendors, and partners from any responsibility for any injury, accident, or incident (whether serious or minor) that may occur during my participation.
- I understand that this release applies even if the injury or accident is caused by negligence.
- Booking & Availability
- I understand that all bookings are made in advance and are subject to availability. My participation is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Surf and Roll organizers.
- I agree that my confirmed slot/spot is transferrable to another participant if I am unable to attend. However, I agree not to sell or trade my spot to any other person.
- Discover Surfing Lessons
- I understand that the Discover Surfing lessons are organized and operated by Candywax Borneo, who will contact me prior to the event day regarding my booking.
- The booking terms for the Discover Surfing activity are as set by Candywax Borneo, and may not be detailed in this agreement.
- For any information on the booking terms, including cancellation policies, I will refer to Candywax Borneo directly.

Behavior & Conduct
- I agree to be considerate and respectful of other participants during the activities.
- I will remain peaceful and mindful when participating in any workshop, lesson, or activity.
- I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in my removal from the activities by the organizers.

Following Instructions
- I agree to follow all instructions given by the Surf and Roll instructors and organizers.
- If I fail to follow the instructions, I understand that the organizers have the right to prevent me from continuing the activities.
By checking on the agreement box/submitting my registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms. I accept all risks and agree to release the event organizers and partners from any legal responsibility.
